Each Standard Funsquare Play Couch will include 1x Thick Base, 1x Thin Base and 2x Trapezium Pillows. Additional addons such as the Half Trapezium, Cylinders, Play Steps, Play Pit, Folding Slope and Folding Circle are available to purchase separately.

Funsquare Play Couches are designed for kids of all ages. Most toddlers will be able to lift the sets with ease and the thick base is supportive enough for adult size kids too!

Funsquare play couches are manufactured locally right here in Melbourne, with high quality Australian foam and premium thick microsuede fabric manufactured overseas.

We are meticulous with our fabric production, right down to the length of the hair fibers to make it as luxurious as possible and we have the dye colour mixed to our personal colour pallette

Our foam is made from 100% Polyurethane and manufactured locally in Australia using the highest quality production methods. Our foam is infused with an environmentally friendly solution during the manufacturing process to provide persistent antibacterial odour protection as well as mould and mildew resistance. 

Our Foam is GECA Certified! The GECA label is only awarded to products that have the highest environmental credentials and represent the leading environmentally preferable options in the marketplace.

We take safety very seriously; our foam and fabric is independently certified to be free of harmful substances. Our foam and fabric is low VOC (virtually no VOC emissions) and formaldehyde heavy metal free.

Our commercial grade premium lush microsuede is an exceptional fabric composed of millions of fine 100% pure polyester fibers. Microsuede is soft to the touch, wear resistant, water resistant, easy to care for and pet friendly!

Yes! We sell replacement covers for our Play Couches so you can refresh the look or swap to a new colour. Check out our Add-Ons collection or contact us at hello@funsquare.com.au if you need help finding the right cover for your set.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location:

• VIC: 1–2 business days
• ACT / NSW / SA: 2–3 business days
• QLD: 4–5 business days
• WA / NT / TAS: 4–7 business days

International orders are shipped via Air Express and usually arrive within 1–5 business days from dispatch.

Each Funsquare Play couch is made to order and compressed into a reusable vacuum sealed bag right before we dispatch from our Melbourne warehouse and placed into boxes measuring 77x77x27cm. We’ve carefully chosen high quality polyurethane foam for your Funsquare Play Couch to ensure it bounces back as quickly as possible! 

Your Crash Pad is compressed right before dispatch for transport, once it arrives just remove the packaging, pop on the cover and it'll fully expand within a few hours. Feel free to jump on it straight away!

The Cloud Mat comes rolled up for transport, just remove the outer packaging! If you'd like to speed up the foam boucing back, a damp cloth and iron will do the trick in no time. Also look out for the care instructions included with your Cloud Mat!

We want everyone to be able to enjoy our play couches and have tried to keep shipping costs down as much as possible - compressing our play sofas helps us to achieve this and also minimises waste!

The Funsquare Play Couch can be kept in the box for 4 - 8 weeks with no adverse effects, it will just take a bit longer to fully bounce back.

If you need to keep your Funsquare tucked away for longer periods for a special occasion, we suggest opening the re-usable vacuum bag and store it away. When you need it, reseal, vacuum and put it back in the box for that special occasion!

Your Funsquare Play Couch will bounce back to its full size within minutes of it being removed from the vacuum bag.  Kids can even start playing on the couch straight away - if anything, based on our experience the more it’s used the more it will help to get the foam back into shape! 

The box size for the Funsquare Play Couch and larger addons is 77x77x27cm.  

The box size for our Pillow Sets is 65x40x16cm.  

The box size for our Cloud Mat and Crash Pad is 34x30x56cm

We offer free shipping Australia-wide for orders $249 and over. For orders under $249, domestic shipping rates are:

• Orders up to $99: $10
• Orders $99–$168.99: $20
• Orders $169–$248.99: $40

New Zealand: $50 AUD flat rate via Air Express (3–6 business days).

International: Shipping is calculated at checkout and sent via Air Express, the fastest option available.

Most of our orders require a signature at the time of delivery as we'd hate for your package to be stolen.

If there is a safe location not visible from the street and you'd like your parcel to be left there without a signature. Just let us know where you'd like your parcel left in the cart comments and we will arrange with the courier.

We all know that colour and material can sometimes be hard to work out on the internet – if for whatever reason you don’t love the product then we’d be happy to process your refund or exchange.  However, we love our product (we may be biased) and are confident that you will too!

Absolutely! All Funsquare products are designed to last and come with warranty coverage:

• Play Couches, Crash Pads & Cloud Pods: Extended 3-Year Warranty
• All other products: Standard 1-Year Warranty

Warranty begins once your 30-day trial period ends. Please note that foam may naturally soften by up to 10% over time, which is a normal characteristic and not covered under warranty.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a fault, please email us at hello@funsquare.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We address these on a case-by-case basis and are committed to working towards a satisfactory solution.

Although we will be 😥 - yes, you can cancel your order prior to shipping and we will offer a full refund. Depending on your bank it may take up to 5 days for the credit to be sent to your account.

To wash your Play Couch covers we recommend washing them zipped up in cold water by itself and to hang dry for best results. For further details, please refer to the washing instructions on the fabric tag.  

To clean the foam, unzip the microsuede cover and spot clean only with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Allow the foam to completely dry before enclosing within the microsuede cover. 

Common fabrics are woven in loops which means they can get caught and marked by pet claws. Microsuede doesn’t have any loops due to its construction and pet scratches generally don’t leave a mark. Don’t worry about stray pet hairs getting stuck on your Couches - a simple wipe with a damp sponge will remove these in a jiffy! 

Crash Pads and Cloud Pods use the same premium microsuede fabric as our Play Couches. To care for them:

• Covers: Remove the cover and wash inside out, zipped up, in cold water. Hang dry for best results.
• Foam: Spot clean only with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Allow to dry completely before replacing the cover.

The same spill-resistant treatment applies — most spills will sit on the surface, giving you time to blot them up.

For wet spills, simply wipe away with a damp cloth. For a general clean, sprinkle baking soda over the mat, leave for 10 minutes, then vacuum it up. Carpet powders also work well, especially for removing pet odours.

If your Cloud Mat has creases from transport, lay it flat for at least an hour to let the foam expand. You can also use an iron or steamer on minimum heat with maximum steam to help smooth out any folds — place a damp, colourfast cloth between the iron and the mat to protect the fabric.
