We deliberated for several weeks before buying our first Funsquare couch and several add ons (including the play pit, steps and folding slope)… and it was worth every single cent! Our two year old loves them and gets so much enjoyment out of them everyday. Each morning we make a new configuration before he wakes and he just loves it! Thanks Funsquare, you’ve made lockdown so much more enjoyable (for everyone)!
Love that you can use this as a hideaway, ballpit or flat on the ground as protective cushions
My 2 yo twins (my big kids aswell!) enjoy playing in this pit. I’d prefer it was all attached some how. They keep lifting the box bit and the balls always get caught under it. Combine this pit with the stairs & ramp and it’s good climbing fun
The best thing I’ve bought for our playroom. By far the most played with item and we’ve only had it 2 weeks!
The playpit has been great for play even without any ballpit balls. They pair perfectly with the stairs and the folding slope so little ones can get in and out unassisted. We have also used to extend build possibilities like adding to a basic funsquare car to make a dump truck, making cubbies with ‘windows’ and ‘working doors’ and combining two as a boat. Sensory play with balls or balloons was also a hit. I was a bit worried the kids would not get much use out of them but is a great add on and not only for toddlers.
The playpit is a great and well thought out add-on for the playcouch. It is a mini couch on its own and my 6yo daughter has loved using it in her imaginary play like a doctor room for her dolls and as part of a obstacle course. It is cleverly sized to neatly fit the large sofas inside so doesn’t take up more space. The yellow is a fun colour that compliments the lavender very well.
