Shipping Policy

All orders will be dispatched within 3 to 5 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates 

We offer $40 flat rate shipping within Australia

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship outside of Australia. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@funsquare.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

30 day trial 

We accept returns or exchanges for up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is returned in its original packaging we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. This policy does not cover accidental damage or staining of the fabric or foam. Any exchanges are subject to availability of replacement colours and would be subject to any additional shipping costs. Refunds will be processed upon the items being received by us.  We will refund the price less return shipping costs to the original payment method. 

The 30 day trial period applies only to your first order. If you would like to start a returns process, email us at hello@funsquare.com.au and we will send through a shipping label and instructions on how to return your order to us.  Items which are sent without first commencing the returns process may not be accepted. 

Warranty 

After the 30 day trial period ends, products will be covered by a one year warranty for manufacturing defects.  The warranty does not cover change of mind, damage arising from abnormal use or abuse, general wear and tear, odour, soiled or stained fabric or foam, or minor manufacturing anomalies (eg. small tear that can be fixed with minor hand sewing). 

To assess warranty issues, please send photos of the issue at hand and send them to hello@funsquare.com.au.  We will provide you with instructions if we require further photos or details to complete our warranty assessment. Please note we will not assess any claims unless the photos and/or further details have been submitted.  Once your warranty claim has been accepted, we will replace the affected fabric and/or foam with a new replacement. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible athello@funsquare.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
